The Buck Brown Belt - The "Gio"

This is a belt that I made for my friend Gio out of Buck Brown Harness leather from the Wickett and Craig Tannery in Pennsylvania. The leather is 10/12 oz thick - which is a great thickness for belt leather - and it will also wear comfortably right out of the box. It is a vegetable tanned leather and it will develop a rich patina as it ages.

The buckle is a natural brass garrison buckle (center bar buckle) that has been sourced from my provider Buckleguy in Massachusetts. The buckle will develop a beautiful patina alongside the leather.

My friend Gio has been kind enough to provide several pictures of himself wearing the belt with different outfits.  I think these images show that Buck Brown Harness can be paired handsomely with a wide variety of fabrics and colors.
